Got car back with “25 miles to empty”! Left car with ****/4 tank. Ride home tire pressure light on - took 5 min to filll tire! No leak just empty! Rear windshield wiper doesn’t work. Job took entirely too long!? **** ****/2 weeks for parts! No text for **** full week after leaving car. Picked car up on Feb 22 - got message on Feb 26 saying “thanks for picking up car today” Will be checking rental bill to make sure Febb 22 is the drop off date! Bringing car back for Rear wiper not working- it worked before I gave the car to you.

The experience was great. I believe there could be improvement with the texting back and forth as there seems to be a delay as these are automated text messages so when you respond you to not get an answer right away. Also one of the text messages had incorrect information stating I had just pick my vehicle up when I had already had it for 2 days? It Enterprise had made an error with a number of days in my rental car that I just had straightened up so I was afraid it was a problem again. Other than that everything was great

My only disappointment was that the noise I reported when I dropped the car off was not diagnosed properly until I came to pick the car up and told them the noise was still there. Subsequently it was repaired and everything is great. The ladies I worked with in the office were wonderful.
