My car was repaired in timely fashion. I appreciated the service that was extended to me. The staff took time to provide with an estimate on damages that were unrelated to my appointment. Russell Motors also kept me well informed regarding the status of my repairs. Working along with Enterprise to ensure I will not inconvenienced in any way was extremely helpful to my busy schedule. I was also excited that Russell Motors went out of their way to wash and vacuum my vehicle. I am very satisfied and appreciative of the service that was given to me.
