The quality of the work is impressive, but I had three issues getting my car fixed. When I met with the estimator, I was offered a repair date several weeks out, but when the day arrived, Absolute did not have me scheduled and I had to wait another two weeks or so for my car to be fixed. Then the part was lost somehow and I had to wait another week, during which communication was poor to keep me apprised, including being told I had been called and a vm left for me when my car was finished on a Friday. I did not receive a call, as my iPhone showed no call and no vm; I didn’t have my car all weekend because no one let me know it was ready. Then the check from my insurance company was lost by Absolute and I had to pay for my deductible AND for the missing insurance check to get my car back.
