Customer service isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind when you think about auto collision repair but my experience at G&B was not only painless, I felt valued as a customer. I was warmly greeted in each interaction by their friendly staff, both on the phone and in person.
My time was valued and the wait times were negligible. Most importantly, their work was exceptional. They washed and waxed my car, going above and beyond. The staff was safe and the facility adhered to all health and social distancing guidelines. I hope not to need their services soon but I will absolutely return should I need them again.
