I am 99.9% satisfied trust me everything came out looking better than the day I bought the car. The .****% which may be a manufacturer thing and maybe not a GEICO or claim thing is when I double click the lock the alarm doesn't sound. But in a previous car and previous act of God accident years ago with my Hyundai Elantra I went through this process with a different insurance and repair shop and when I got the car back same issue. So that's why I give a 99.9% and not 100%. Please by any means don't take this the wrong way just wondering why. Everything else is stellar. It's just something I've noticed with Hyundais because I had a tree fall on my old car the Elantra years ago and for some reason everything but the "alarm" sound worked. A Job otherwise. The shop is great everyone is super nice and accommodating it's not like the chain places where they just try to get you in and out. I chose Lothars for a reason because you have a super solid reputation and you fixed my fiances car awhile back so it was a no brainer. And I swear my car looked better Then the day I picked it up. Thank you so much

Although I was informed that car was ready to pick up, was never told until time of pick up that the chrome molding was still pending to be mounted and on order.
Would have been nice to have been informed prior to pick up.
