I had two small dents on passenger side that were not there previously. The drivers side intelligent access isn't working to unlock the doors and I didn't have this problem prior to my car being in the shop. In the grand scheme of things these are small problems but the lock is a big inconvenience and the car looked good.

They went above and beyond my expectations. I felt like they treated my car as if it were their own car. On a scale of **** to ten, I would give them an eleven. Everybody at Randy Reed Collision Center was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt completely as ease as well as excited to follow my cars progress daily by online pictures. Bill explained everything to us and walked us thru every step. I hope I never need a collision center again, but if I do I will not hesitate to send my car to Randy Reed. When I got my car back I was pleasantly surprised to see not only was my car clean on the outside but they went an extra step and vacuumed the inside of my car and shined up my tires. I couldn't be more satisfied or impressed. The thank you chocolate bar at the end was a nice treat too!!

I would have liked someone to walk me through all the repairs that were done when I picked my car up. Instead, they just gave me my keys & said "bye".
Also, when I dropped my car off it had over 3/4 of a tank of gas but when I picked it up it was down to a ****/4 tank. There is no reason the tech needed that much fuel to fix a door.

Working with Bill was a great experience. He was always very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I had another vehicle done by a different body shop a few months ago and had nothing but issues with it so it was nice to deal with professionals this time around. All of the body lines were perfectly lined up and the paint was an exact match without having to blend adjacent body panels and they completed the work on time. Randy Reed collision center has obviously put together an amazing team of customer service personnel and body shop technicians.
