I was told my car would be done in 23 days. I received an email notice on ****/4 stating that it was ready. When I went to pick it up on ****/5, I was told your email server was incorrect. I was then told it would be ready on ****/5, and I could email to get an update. I emailed Leo on ****/7, and received no response. I finally had to call on ****/8 because nobody had made an effort to contact me and give me an update. Had I been using a rental car, I would have held you responsible for all related charges from ****/4 to ****/8. I blame myself as your company has a reputation for this type of service.

This is my second time working with Robert. My first experience with him was over 4 years ago.
