I had some issues with Geico, but was very happy with the work that Baugh did. From the time of the accident to the time I got it back was a total of 8 days. I was amazed. I'm a little OCD about my cars, and even though this is an older truck full of dings etc ( I use it to tow an open car trailer to the track with and that's about it), the fitment on the parts was excellent.

The damage on the driver's side of my front bumper was not marked as a part of my claim although I mentioned it was, and therefore was not thoroughly fixed. It was only a small area, however it is still somewhat off-putting.

Completed job looks great. Updates were appreciated although there was a lag between projected completion and actual completion (difference of about 6 work hours but resulted in one work day difference). Car was delivered clean (inside and out) and the gas tank was full. Much appreciated. And the relationship with Geico and Enterprise made things go smoothly and fast. Thanks.
