WAS is a great place - I picked up my Kia today and realized after I got to work that there is some sort of grease spots all over the drivers side. I saw one on the drivers door and cleaned it but quickly realized its all over that side of the car. Other than that I truly believe WAS is great and if I ever need body work again this is where I'm coming.

I thought your ca maintence rates were priced fairly and I felt you were open and honest with your customers. When I was waiting, on my initial visit, I observered the staff working with an elderly gentleman. Everyone went out of their way to help him and they were all so respectful. I also so another man come in to ask about the cost of certain services. It was clear money was tight for him. Again the front desk staff were polite, accomendating and patient.
