When I picked up my car, the tail lights were out and there was (according to the technician) water in the lights. I assume that the water came from the car wash, but was told not. Now the mother board is shot, and the tech claims it was like that before it came in. It certainly WAS NOT broken when I brought it in! No accommodations were made to make this whole. Very sad.

I asked if my car could be ready a day early as i was leaving for the Labor Day weekend and would have had trouble with the insurance company paying for my rental car that i wasn't even using. They couldn't have been nicer - they got my car done a day early. How many other dealers would have done that?
