I think starting with Kent from Geico and his quick coordination and handling of repairs with five star was a plaus in my book. To Kristy and the rest of Five Star Auto Body, I was overly impressed with the communication and update stages of my vehicle. Your staff went out of there way to attemp to complete repairs with att OEM parts which I was very satisfied. Who ever was in charge of the final okay as to which my car was declared completed needs to be re-evaluated. Between the bumper and quarter panel there is about a half an inch difference to where it should be sitting flush. I don't understand how some one can be happy giving me this back
