Staff was friendly when I first walked in; however, the day I picked up my car, I noticed there was still minor damage to my vehicle. There was a note on my review mirror saying the two people in charge personally inspected my vehicle. How did they seem to miss this mistake? The body shop technician said he did notice a sloppy job done by his team. Then there should not have been a note saying he personally inspected it himself. Just unprofessional. It should have been done the 4 days I was paying out of pocket for a rental car.

While I did receive a text at 1649 indicating my car was ready to be picked up, I arrived at the body shop only to find out my car was not ready yet. The gentleman in the body shop checked on status of my car frequently so I can go on my way. Car looks brand new. I’m very happy.
