Natalie of course is always the consummate professional. She has that VERY calming demeanor when we clients are truly in the time of stress.
Brian's attention to detail and fully explaining the repairs that will be accomplished. When there is a growth in scope he explains in detail the damage and additional costs. The unseen guys behind Curtain #**** are truly the pros. I, unfortunately for me, have had three separate incidents this year. Those guys ALWAYS delivered me the repaired and cleaned I had before the damage.
