No need to contact. Car window not functional. Was working at drop off. Called to see when car would be ready. Rep was rather rude, at best, brisk in his delivery. Informed that car would not be ready until Monday. Made plans. Got a call past 4 that car was ready that same day Friday. Now we have to bring car back extremely inconvenient. They had the car 5 days. Seriously there should be no reason to bring the car back. Who wants to take time off? So Aggravating. Will not recommend. C- grade.

Did a great job and kept me updated the entire time. The only thing I can say could’ve been done better is the amount of residue that was left on the doors, dash, gauge cluster and some of the adhesive was left on the trunk lid. I had to clean that up when I got home but luckily no stains from any of it. Otherwise I think they do great work and they are very cool guys to chat with in regards to transparency of the repairs. I would refer others

There was a slight issue after the original repairs were completed, but Chris was amazing!! He fixed the issue and covered the cost of my rental. That’s how you do business.
