The work was done, but I asked to removed some scratch on the left side but they didn’t. I know it was not part of the claim but I was willing to give extra cash to get the job done.

It took a very long time fixing it because they didn’t want to fix it in the first place 2 weeks in the collision shop and did nothing to my car didn’t even notify me about that situation besides the obvious problem the whole back of my car needed repair I was telling them my brake pedal was making a noise they said they didn’t hear it I don’t believe that so the problem is my purge faule needs to be replaced and they didn’t do it I am driving around with a check engine light on I feel it’s dangerous to be driving around like that this isn’t my fault this light came on right after the accident I need it repaired please it’s not safe to drive I have to go through unbelievable hell to get this car fixed and I’m at no fault at all not even a little bit stopped for a red light and bang rear ended me I went flying with my seat belt on and landed across my steering wheel that’s probably why my anti lock brake is broken I’m surprised that my airbag didn’t open up in my face so I’m tired of Allstate giving me the run around with fixing my car so please just fix this problem and I will never use your collision shop again thank you for the people who work there they are nice to me I had to buy a new battery because mine died and that’s my fault for letting too many years pass by without changing my battery when I’m wrong I will admit it I’m not a liar so please fix my check engine light problem I didn’t have a problem with it before this accident thank you Deborah H

My car looks amazing. Better than it did before and when I arrived it was all shined and cleaned up for me. I will forever recommend A&B collision! Front desk are friendly and wonderful to communicate with. The mechanics are fantastic. I hope to never see this place again ! But if I have to, I wouldn’t hesitate coming back.

Great work and on time

My car was "debadged" for detailing. Drivers side door letters were not put back on and I wasn't told the truth when picking up the car but then found the letters in my car. Also rear drivers side door was fully replaced but door is not in alignment and makes a terrible noise when opening door.
