There is only one issue. The backup camera picture is distorted / divided / snowy. It was like that after the accident and then in three days it corrected itself. I am waiting to see if that happens again. I just want to make note about it. OTHERWISE - the service was EXCELLENT. I appreciate the attention to keeping me informed throughout the process. The bumper repair looks good. The detailing was a nice surprise and Tim was a pleasure to work with.
