The Staff there at Service King were truly professional and courteous, that's one of the main reasons why I chose to go with their company instead of where my Service Advisor recommended. Along with the great reviews I read online about their company. I enjoyed receiving the heads up text messages about the anticipation of when my vehicle would be completed. Flávio and Karen truly seem to care about their customers well being, I mentioned a personal issue I was going through with Karen, she expressed her concern and passed the info along to Flávio and also expressed his concern, that little bit of extra service about the well being of their customers helped put a personal touch on the level of service received from Service King. I enjoyed my experience with Service King and therefore would advise anyone I know to use their facility for the repaid to their vehicles due to an accident.
