Glass they changed was not secured properly first time around. Saw scratches on the paint. Had to go back first time as car was not quite ready. Had to make a second trip. Things look better visually but have to verify the workmanship to make sure glass was sealed properly and there is no wind noise.

I must say that the staff at service king in San jose (not Santa clara), was the most awesome and I am very pleased with the results of my car and my experience was great. Brian, and I think its Jose (manager at the San Jose office) went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was not the same as my previous experience with the part of the staff at the Santa Clara facility. Repair was not completed.
I was not treated properly by Manager. Actually, I was treated with disrespect. Manager did not care at all about the situation.
Very bad experience.
Service King only can do bodyshop up to a point. When I picked up the car rhe bumper was not properly installed. The manager told me that is the “line” of my car. However, he took the car to a technician and he repaired it!!
Service King cannot address mechanical issues at all.
Service King acts as an agent of insurance companies rather rhan a customer advocate. Service is completely biased.
I drove from Service King to the dealer. The dealer found the problem.
I regret selecting Service King.
I belives Service “King” does not even care about this review.
