This is needless to say...my third experience using Carwest Autobody. My first experience was what led me to use you the second time.
The second time didn't start as a pleasing experience, but staff went out their way to improve and make it better. (Shari drops the **** & doesn't follow through.)
This latest experience...I felt like I was family...

I very much appreciated receiving daily updates on the progress of my auto repairs via email. It was nice to know that you think of the customers and keep them informed regarding the progress of the car repairs. It was also a nice touch that the whole car was washed on the day of pick up so the car is spotless clean for the customer to pick up.
Sherman was caring and personable, and enjoyable to work with.
