This is my first time to have my car repair work done at Service King. I was surprised by the quality of service. Not only they repaired the damage on my car, but also they cleaned my car, inside and outside, which would not get in many other repair shops. The vehicle was not 100% done still have loose panels and found scratches on the door panel of the right side rear door garnish. My wife picked up the vehicle and was not aware of the bumper not lining up with the rear quarter panel on the driver side. I was warned that the panel would not fit properly due to previous damage but my bumper on that side when I brought it in looked better than when I got it back. Wish the bodymen would have done this right. I had my vehicle done by car west autobody before and when they changed it to service king I'd figure they would still have the same quality work. Now I have to take time out of my day to get this sorted out. Not to mention the delivery date was pushed out further than the expected Time. Honestly I probably would have wrote a nicer comment if I didn't find all the wrong things on the paint and fitment. All I want is for my vehicle to be done right and done at a reasonable amount of time and please protect the vehicle interior panels when they are taken off of the vehicle.
