The employees were very nice but the rental car was dirty and dusty inside enough that I had to clean out the inside of the car.
Dropped it off on Monday and car was completed by Friday. Went to pick it up and while reviewing I noticed that they only replaced one headlight which means one is brand new and the other being 8 years old is worn and it’s looks awful because they don’t match and also they cause a hazard while driving at night because it’s two different colors coming out projecting on the ground.
Secondly I was charged for a new car symbol and they did not put the new one on so they had to change it over before I left. Thirdly the bottom front grill is broken and was not repaired so I have to take the car back to have the grill fixed.
