There's 3 issues still outstanding. 2 of the issues were directly addressed on the day I met with the adjuster, on a personal video recording. Ray was very cooperative at the pre delivery inspection and was able to recognize my concerns and made a commitment to repair the original 2 issues that were addressed with Gary from Geico. The vehicle repair is currently not complete.

I have to say the service was tremendous!! I was greeted by Gary(seriously one of the nicest men around) then was handed to enterprise where Amanda( beautiful and friendly as could be) was extremely professional. I left with the expectation to get my car on Wednesday only to find it was finished on Tuesday afternoon. The car is perfect, the color match.... perfect and the service incredible. This is an outstanding setup and I will tell my friends to make sure to use your group. Outstanding job!!! Thank you!!

Just one thing that I plan on coming back to rectify. The rear bumper is not flush to the trunk. There is a gap between the rubber seal and the rear bumper.

The emblems on my truck are a different color than they originally were. It's a minor complaint. The truck looks good and rides perfectly. It just isn't "like new" as promised.
