I had a wonderful experience at Meadiwbrook Collision. From the moment I first arrived A.J. from GEICO was there to meet me on time at my scheduled appointment to look over my car damage that needed to be repaired. He explained everything to me regarding the repair process in full detail and answered any questions that I had. Then after I was finished with A.J. he handed me over to Raashida who was right there in the office from Enterprise Car Rental. Raashida was pleasant and end extremely courteous. , explained all of the options I had with respect to my car rental and made sure that I was happy with the rental before leaving. A.J. and Raashida were phenomenal and that office is runned like a well oiled machine. I experienced nothing but professionalism from this crew and would highly recommend Meadowbrook Collision to my friends and family if they ever need any car repair services.
