Everyone at New Win was very thoughtful, considerate, kind and friendly. They all gave me detail information on why they plan to do and kept me abreast in what's happening to my car. Tina was really great when I came in to pick up my car. She is the epitome of what a customer service agent should be and how they should handle a customer. She acknowledged my presence upon entering the premise. She apologized when she had to answered the phone or had to give information to another customer. She was very detail oriented in regards to my car before during and after the walk around to inspect my car. I would love to steal her to work for my company. Not to overshadowed everyone else working there, but she was exceptional.
