Being also in the car replacement business, I think that a month was way too long for the amount of damage there was to my vehicle. I got opinions from a couple different people and they agreed. Maybe because it was Alexis it took longer, but most people said it should not have taken that long.

The repair was done well, but my car was returned dirty. I found scuffs and a scratch in the rear after I washed my car. The front repair was done well, but I wish I could have seen the paint job without the grass and shop dust on my car.

Although the paint job looks great, all of the seats in my car are coated with either some kind of dirt or grease, the rugs were dirty, there's dust in the crevices if the seats and all of the tire pressures were off. One was overfilled while the rest were far below. The car was not detailed and was given to me much dirtier than I left it

They were suppose to notify when parts were in and didn’t. Phone calls not returned. Seemed to take longer then estimated. Ask them to touch up a couple of other areas, but they did not, even after being reminded twice. The only thing that was good was once the repair was underway the text notification of progress was daily.
