The pin striping was not put back on my truck. My truck was there for 12 days but the day I pick it up and notice I’m told you don’t have that color and you need to order it. Just bring your truck back on Friday or Saturday! Now I don’t mind bringing it back because I want it done right but 12 days and no one knew this had to be done and maybe this stuff should have been ordered before the customer picks up the vehicle that’s not truly finished.

My experience was more than pleasant with all the people I interacted with. I did find it rather shocking though to bring my car home from their shop and have both my parents freaking out over the fact that the water pump was grinding and needed to be replaced. I know that this problem most definitely had nothing to do with the repairs I had done, but if the problem was so apparent, I was shocked to not have heard about it from the people who just had the car for a week. Again super happy with the quality of work and craftsmanship that went into repairing my car.

I REALLY do like the way everything went. The job looks great and everything was easy and fast. Love having the loaner car. The ONLY issue was hurrying down to pick up the Mini Cooper only to get half way home... Then turning around and coming right back.. Because the driver's door window want adjusted to go ALL the way up to keep the weather and wind out. Yes it was an oversight and it happens. Just inconvenient for me. You guys just needed to give things a better look over before calling customer. Even check opposite side that hasn't been worked in for comparison view.
