From the very first time I went to Bedrock auto body shop, I could tell that these people knew what they were doing. They treated me with the up most respect. They explained the whole process to me. I asked for an oil change, and for my air conditioning to be looked at. When I arrived, I was told that the oil change had not been conducted, and that I needed to go to a place close by to have it done, which would take at least an hour. In addition, they would take a look at the air conditioning, because that had not been done at your store.

The people who I dealt with were great! However my floor mats were not in the vehicle when I picked it up. i don't know if it happened at the shop or if it was the tow truck driver or happened at the alignment shop. I can't blame Bedrock because there were other people listed above who had access. I also didn't have a current sticker on my tag which was already gone when the adjuster took photos the day after the car arrived at the shop. This could've been taken before the accident but I didn't notice. However , with the mats gone as well, it seems more suspicious. I don't blame bedrock because they may not have been the responsible party. They also treated me very well and kept me updated every step. I would still use them in the future.
