You couldn't even tell my car had ever been in an accident and the inside was spotless! My car looked brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jose **** helped me and he even gave me some great pointer's regarding my electronic key and why it might not be working. I will definitely go there again and probably soon to get my keys fixed.

I notice a inside finder that wasn't replaced and was damaged from the accident. Bumper wasn't replaced but mearly painted and thrown back on with painted over reminence of damages from the accident.

I was told a couple of times my car would be ready Thursday at 4 pm. I didn't get an update if it's going to be ready or not on that day and time. So I just assumed that it will be. I called and they told me 5 or 5:15. I said what time is really good. They said 5 pm. Ok. My husband was there at 5. They told him the car is not ready. He should've been there at 5:15. What's up with that? He ended up taking the car at 6 pm!

The repairs themselves are good but office staff not helpful and sound annoyed every time you call, we were give 3 seperate days when our vehicle would be ready and then we would have to chase that up to see if that was still correct and it wasn't. No one would call us until the last minute to tell us it wasn't.
