I would like to say, great customer service starts with the first point-of-contact, and that would be Michelle. Michelle handled herself very professional, she's friendly & communicates well between the insurance company and the customer. Michelle even made the connection for me to get picked up by Enterprise. The transition was very smooth. Secondly, which is really important to me is how you handle and repair my car. When my car was ready for pickup, Jason assured me if ANYTHING goes wrong or if I am not completely satisfied to give CDE a call. CDE want to ensure that the customer is satisfied 100%. Jason ad well, was very friendly, professional and confident in his work. That was comforting to me. I LIKE THAT! I also have a lifetime warranty on CDE repairs as long as I own the car. How great is that! I definitely will recommend Collision Damage Experts to anyone.
