My only problem is that there was no communication or updates on the status of my car after it wasn't ready by the original estimated date. I had to call several times. I would suggest better communication when the repairs take longer than expected. I wasn't upset that it took longer just that I wasn't kept updated.

Every person we dealt with from the first phone call was so helpful and went out of there way to help us. Every other place we called said they couldn't even look at the car till the end of may.
