All the trim on my vehicle was replaced, which was never discussed with me. Given that my suv is a top of the line model, I feel this has devalued my vehicle.
I also pointed out noticeable road noise when I dropped my vehicle off, which I made clear was not present before my accident. The road noise wasn't improved at all - even though it was explained to me that it was probably just from the damaged door that is now repaired.

Well done!! This is the second time we have had repairs done with Blondin brothers and on both occasions they exceeded expectations.
