Harper, Alex Gomez and Ronda provided us with the greatest, friendliest, most thoughtful/intelligent, detail oriented, conscientious service we've ever experienced. And I mean that compared to all service industries (including luxury hotels, spas and cruises we've enjoyed, and including the luxury hospital rooms at the hospitals I've worked at (I'm a physician)). They went the extra mile and then 5 more on top of that. My greatest regret is that I'm now going to be forever disappointed with all future service folks because I don't think anyone else can reach their water mark. Lastly, Harper has killer mutton chops (yes these things are important) and the office vibe/camaraderie/chatting with Alex and Ronda while we waited was delightful. Simply the best!

Overall, the repair looks amazing! I was surprised that the trunk lid was able to be repaired, but it looks like nothing ever happened. I do have a couple of concerns, however. Most notably, the trunk doesn't seem to close like it used to. I has a rattling sound to it, and it appears the gap on the left side is uneven from the right. Also, I noticed a couple of scratches on the right tail lens. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
