Continue doing what you are doing!! My presence was expected when I dropped off my car, the rental was prepared. I did not have any delays. I was informed of the status of my vehicle throughout process with appropriate adjustments for rental car. Car was completed within the expected time frame with no delays to switch out. It is was so thorough that I was waiting for something to go wrong. Nothing did. Hopefully, there will be no more accidents but I would definitely recommend your location to other people.
