Our experience started well the first time I spoke to Stephanie. She empathized with me as the victim of vandalism to our vehicle and gave me instructions on where to have our vehicle delivered. Then she sent me a follow up email with contact information for Scott Magnuson. Scott provided great service. He explained the process to repair our vehicle and set realistic expectations for when the work would be completed. Scott continued to keep me informed by phone calls and email. Our vehicle was done quicker than expected and the repair was excellent. We will recommend Stephanie, Scott and Toyota North Charlotte to anyone who needs collision work. Thanks!
