I am still very, very disappointed that the secretary nor Richard at Geico called me to let me know that the vehicle was ready. The car had to sit an extra 2-3 days (weekend) and I had to pay rental causing the bill and rental to be much higher and Richard at Geico seemed unconcerned and so did the secretary--she was definitely very cold and unconcerned. Secondly, I had to ask them 3 times to repair the same thing. I did receive in writing that if there were any problems they would be taken care of. This made me feel a little better. Hopefully, I'll never have to use Varsity no will I share any good information about Varsity.
