I’m very happy with the repair but very unhappy that my vehicle is infested with ants now I didn’t have any when I dropped my car off and I trusted that nothing would happen now I’m fighting to get rid of these ants when you all have had my vehicle for the last 7 days and no one can explain where they came from

The customer service, front desk personnel, repair to the car and the link that showed me the progress for my car were all wonderful and done in excellence. The only issue I had was that in addition to the quote sent by the adjuster I informed the staff that my car was also shaking while driving and for them to please look into this to fix it because it was a result of the accident and should be a part of the claim. When I received my car back today that issue was not resolved. I hope that there will be no issues with getting this fixed when they return my phone call tomorrow.
