There was a big chunk of metal in my back seat when I picked it up, brand new leather seats, then in the trunk there was a box with one of the struts they replaced. Happy with the work that was done and there customer service is great but there detail on getting your car cleaned up and ready needs some really great improvements

I had such a great experience with Austex! Everyone was friendly and professional. Paul kept me posted on the status of the repairs and was very accessible by phone or email. When it came time to pick up my car Austex sent a manager to pick me up since their driver was out on leave. It saved me from a $30 Uber! The quality of the work is wonderful. My car is good as new. And to top it all off they vacuumed and washed it before I picked it up. I am so pleased to have found Austex and will definitely use them for future repairs.
