All the damages from the car accident were repaired fine and I truly appreciate the way it was handled and I appreciate how Kevin handled every thing perfectly and how through his feedback kept me informed of the status of my car while it was in service. My only suggestion is when the repair is done it will be a nice gesture to clean the inside of the car as a complement to the customer. Even though I am thankful for the effort but mine was half cleaned as if in a hurry and that was truly disappointing.

Cherner finished the repairs ahead of schedule and with daily communications about the progress. The car was returned cleaner than when it went in. I hate to admit that we are repeat customers, but people keep hitting our cars and we take them to Cherner first. Combined with Geico, it's a winning team.

Geico claims specialsit said the driver side low beam head light not working was not caused by the accident. But it is working fine now without changing the bulb. Please notify the geico claims specialist.
