Everything was great, from my initial contact to my last. Just one recommendation. I really liked the text updates but I rec'd one in the morning that said my car was 55% complete and on track, which would mean another 2-3 business days. I got a call later that same afternoon, on a Friday, that my car was ready, which was great but I couldn't rearrange my schedule to get it. So I iAd to wait until Monday to get it. I suggest making the completion percentages a little more representative of the actual % complete. It seems they're currently based on the time left relative to the initial estimated time to complete. Thanks.
