I was left alone to pick up my car-I walked around the car to see if what was done was satisfactory and it was-the service card with the number was left in the car and the floor mat was also there- I would have waited for Mike but the fellow at the desk where I paid my bill said just go out and take your car you are all set. I had a rental car which was provided by Enterprise-but when I had to return the car the fellow at the desk said no one from Enterprise was there but he will let them know I returned the car and they will notify me if there are any charges. I was concerned that Enterprise would find damages to the car.
The end result was good Enterprise called and said every thing was OK and they were reversing my deposit--the repairs that the body shop did looked great and I am pleased with how I was treated by Mike and his follow ups during the process. Mel Paul
