The receptionist was rude, they charged me for a repair that, they initially damaged, and didn’t fix it the first time. They made me feel like it was my fault. If I had to do it all over I would have never gone there! The only reason I went there was because my insurance company told me to go there. Never again

Took a month to fix problem. Multiple issues with pick up that resulted in loss of work. Did not fix the scraping sound/issue with tire originally which added an additional delay. Let the battery to the car die multiple times and now it needs to be replaced. This was brought to the attention of the manager with no accountability also included in my first review requested from acc.

You guys lost the key to my car and gave me someone elses key which I didn't discover until I got home. When I came back and returned the wrong key, ACC could not find my key. I'm currently using my spare key and your representative is promsing to pay for a replacement key but this is obviously requires me to go to the vendor, get a key made and return to ACC for a refund.

The service is great. Saw dry paint dull on top of hood. I called in, with no questions asked and told me to bring the car back when I have time. Bring the car back next day afternoon. GM looked at and 15 minutes later it’s done. Great job team and GM. I would highly recommend to this place.

I was very please with the help with both the Enterprise car rental and the deductible issue with Geico Insurance.
I was not happy with the finish of the work, as all edges and creases still had remainders of the polishing/buffing material .

Car came back with scrapes and scratches that were not there before. Also they said they were spending most of the day i picked up my car, cleaning and detailing, i got the car back FILTHY. Not to mention it took my car 5 months to get fixed no rental provided besides one month. I wouldnt go back, i came out with issues wrong with my car that wasnt there before i brought in.
