I can’t believe that there is still a business that treats its customers so well. The folks at Service King are courteous and very attentive to their customers. Many of your customers have been through situations that were challenging and you help them get a big worry off of their minds. While in the waiting area, as my representative, Steven Sy, was getting info from my car, I noticed that every client was being treated very well. Steven was very courteous, and positive, and made me feel like my car was going to get exceptional attention, which it did. From the repair to the fact it was returned to me cleaned and vacuumed (which was an pleasant surprise), I was truly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of your reps and body specialists.
