I am very happy and completely satisfied with the service provided especially by Tony at your South Pasadena office. He explained everything that needs to be done with my car and kept me updated with the status of repair regularly. The repair was completed earlier than the expected and this was great. Julie took a really upsetting and unfortunate experience and took care of not only my car but me as well. She exceeded her original estimate of the time I’d be without my car by a week, getting my car to me in time for me to have a car to get to a doctor’s appointment and not have to hire a Lyft. Service King was efficient, professional, and accommodating. I live a couple of miles away from the collision center and they took me home when I dropped my car off and picked me up when I was ready. I hope I never need their help again, but if I do, it’s nice to know that Service King is there for me.
