Car was fixed to my satisfaction, was cleaned inside and out. Manager was nice, but rental car given was not in the best condition and it didn't seem as if staff understood the importance of it. Had to drive the car back to facility with uncertainty of it being safe. Car was also very old and dirty. Staff was nice though and gave flowers at the end. Obtained regular updates from staff.

Everything is wrong :( I was told I will be given a rental car but I don't think it's fair that I continue to pay $14 a day for the rental insurance. Last week I spent $100 o. Uber and $100 on rental car insurance. . now I have to pay and Wait again??
