Crash Champions provided me with regular updates on the status of the repair. That made me feel that they were concerned. Also, one of their employees name Bob went above and beyond & repaired my car door handle. That one unselfish act really let knowthat Car Crashers cars about hunanity. Got my car back from Crash Champions today and could not be happier with their work. They picked up on Wednesday, gave me a loaner, had the parts by thursday and had them painted, did full repair today, washed and detailed. All the matter of 3 days!! Kept me up to date the whole way through and my car looks brand new again.

EVERYTHING about my experience was beyond expectation! From the day of my accident when my vehicle was towed to your location (my insurance company, Geico, had referred me to you as a result of being hit from behind by another driver), to the day I picked up my vehicle, every touch point I had with your team left me enamored. For example: -I called Crash Champions once my car was towed to see if someone could look inside my car for a bag I thought I had left in there. The woman who answered my call did not have to go out of her way to look for something in my vehicle the second it had arrived off the tow truck. She kindly put me on hold and went to look for the bag for a long time. When she came back to the phone to tell me that she searched high and low for the bag but couldn't find it, she apologized profusely despite this being my responsibility and my issue. -The text message alerts to both my husband and to me with status updates on my vehicle were extremely helpful and very efficient. -Having to go on your website to electronically authorize your repair team to disassemble my vehicle was also very helpful and efficient. -Any time I had a question about either timing of my vehicle being ready and/or about payment for the repairs given the insurance company who appraised the vehicle wrote the check amount to me instead of to Crash Champions, every single person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. -I was able to leave my rental car at Crash Champions upon picking up my vehicle once it was finished, which was a HUGE help and time saver for me. -Upon picking up my vehicle, I was greeted by a very friendly staff whom all were more than affable and genuinely kind. -I received a ROSE the day I picked up my vehicle, as well! It's the small things, but they seriously make a difference! -Not only was my vehicle fixed impeccably from the accident, my car was also EXTREMELY CLEAN (both inside and out) and so polished and detailed to look like it was brand new. -Lastly, before the accident, my son accidentally pulled too hard on one of the latches that closes the back of our SUV. It has been sitting in the backseat of my car just waiting for me to go and get it fixed. Again, upon picking up my vehicle, I had to open up the back latch to get something and WHAT DO YOU KNOW? You guys FIXED/REPLACED the broken latch that has been broken for months! This was BEYOND THE SCOPE of what the initial repairs were for and I cannot even tell you how much that made me smile! I never asked them to fix/repair it (I even forgot that it's been broken because it's been unusable for so many months), but of course, Crash Champions just took that extra step to make my life that much simpler. I am beyond impressed by the overall customer experience I had with Crash Champions. My husband and I will MOST DEFINITELY be recommending you guys to anyone and everyone who may need anything done with their vehicle. I cannot say thank you enough times - you guys are definitely the differentiators in the city when it comes to car repair. Praises are deserved to your entire team for turning a bad situation (my accident) into an unbelievably satisfying customer experience! We will be back to see you guys! The team kept me informed of the process and made the entire thing no hassle for me. That means a lot, having an accident and dealing with repairs can be incredibly stressful, having you work with my insurance and your warranty makes it much easier. Ask yourself would you trust that car with your daughter or son behind the wheel no I wouldn't

Per our State Farm estimate the bumper was supposed to be replaced and it was just refinished and there are bubbles in the paint. Also the replacement tail light turned out to be used with a crack and mutiple scratches. Not satisfied with the finished job. We should be notified if used parts are to be used prior to the job getting done. We called today to speak to someone and bring the van in but you were already closed for the day. We would like to discuss this further. Thank you.
