The team at Chesapeake Auto Body were great. I hadn't been in an accident before so I didn't really know what the process was. They explained each step and kept me updated on the progress. They gave me a quote for the insurance and we're able to get my car in the shop within a week. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop and when I picked it up it looked great! They even surprised me by washing the car. It is the little things like that, that make a place memorable. Kudos to the great staff and a great service! Thank you
