The service was excellent. Mr.Renato "Ren" de Benedictis was courteous, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and a professional at all times. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Mr. Ten explained the process from beginning to end. The best part and the surprise to me was how fast they got the job done. I was being updated in a timely manner as tithe progress if the repairs. Having used other Car repair shops before, this is the best service I have ever received.
The front desk staff ladies at Rodgathers were very welcoming and friendly.
Mr. Shawn Jackson from the enterprise rental service made the transition to the rental vehicle seamless and without any headache from the pickup to the return. Seldom have I ever seen a team work so efficiently to make all the services offered such a delight and a pleasure. All businesses should offer this type of excellent service to their customers.

Overall I am satisfied. Initially there were a couple of things that was not finished, but before I left the shop these items were repaired. My only concern is that maybe there should be someone in place to inspect the vehicles, just in case the car owners don't catch the unfinished repairs.
