I appreciated the whole package: the efficiency in dealing with the insurer, the guy who offered to repark my car when I accidentally parked it in the wrong area of the shop, the honest and timely updates about my car status, the friendly and knowledgeable answers when I called with questions, the PERFECT repair (looks brand new--like when I first bought it!), the extra step of wash and interior cleaning, and the complete printed summary of the work you did. You guys are awesome. Will recommend you to everybody.
