We were under the impression that the work would be completed by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. However, because a supplement was needed, work didn't start until that Thursday. It would be nice if there had been some communication immediately upon knowing that a supplement was needed and it was going to take longer. I didn't find that out until I called to check on the progress on Tuesday. Husband was not happy.

I really appreciated the straightforward appraisal from the owner who didn't suggest things that didn't really need fixing. Washing the entire car afterwords and vacuuming the inside is a very welcomed bonus and appreciated. The flowers were also great I actually took credit for getting them when I gave them to my wife thank you Piedmont collision you're awesome.
