I appreciated the communication via text message this is the first body shop I have used Thad openly communicated with the status of my repairs. Others body shops seem to never be available, or have to call back with an answer. It was very refreshing to receive the customer service at Spring Hill.
my car was even cleaned, in my opinion very well. I rate my overall experience 5 STARS,and an A!
